Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@kjjewelers.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
